Laboratory Equipment

Laboratory Centrifuges

High-speed, low-speed and refrigerated centrifuges that separate cells, nucleic acids, proteins and serum, and clarify food and soil extracts.

Laboratory Centrifuges

Fast, safe sample separation

A centrifuge spins a sample at a controlled speed so that its components separate by density. Compact high-speed models take microtubes for DNA, RNA and protein work; refrigerated versions keep heat-sensitive samples cool; low-speed models handle blood, serum, urine and larger tubes; and a floor-standing large-capacity unit processes bulk volumes. Agricultural and food laboratories also rely on centrifuges to clear soil, plant and food extracts before analysis. They are everyday equipment in molecular biology, veterinary, clinical, food and research laboratories. EnmaTech supplies, installs and services centrifuges for laboratories in Saudi Arabia and helps plan complete laboratory setups, choosing the rotors and capacity that fit each workflow.

Sample preparation for molecular biology

High-speed microcentrifuges pellet cells and precipitate nucleic acids during extraction, a standard step before PCR testing for plant, animal and food pathogens.

Protection for sensitive samples

Refrigerated models keep the chamber cold throughout the run, so enzymes, proteins and living cells do not degrade while they are being separated.

Blood and serum processing

Low-speed centrifuges separate serum and plasma from blood for veterinary and clinical testing, including the serological surveillance used to track animal diseases in herds and flocks.

Clear extracts for analysis

Spinning out particles from soil, plant and food extracts gives analytical instruments clean samples and more stable, repeatable results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should we buy a high-speed or a low-speed centrifuge?

High-speed models are designed for microtubes and molecular work that needs strong separation forces. Low-speed models take larger tubes and handle routine tasks such as serum, urine and extract clarification. Many laboratories end up needing both.

When do we need a refrigerated model?

Refrigeration is needed for heat-sensitive samples such as enzymes, proteins, RNA and live cells, and for long high-speed runs that would otherwise warm the chamber and harm sample quality.

Why does the choice of rotor matter?

The rotor decides which tubes fit, how many samples run at once and the highest force reached. Tell us your tube sizes and batch sizes so the correct rotors and adaptors are included in the order.
